Entirely handcrafted by Murano glass masters, this miniature is a faithful reproduction of an iconic instrument. The use of precious chalcedony glass and the square base in black glass complete the wonderful statuette.

This particular type of glass, characterised by a natural marbled effect, creates fascinating shades that follow one another in a harmonious play of colours between intense blue, ethereal purple, delicate pink and golden reflections.

The technique of lampworking the cased glass requires extraordinary skill and years of experience: the Master shapes the glass with the flame, expertly layering the different colors to obtain this extraordinary three-dimensional marbled effect.
